We pay royalties for music played on the network!



OPTIONAL (but not necessary) - If you desire even more exposure for your music!

We would like you to consider allowing BBS Network, Inc. the right to play your music (music you have not yet registered with ASCAP, SESAC, BMI or SoundExchange) on our other four talk-radio network streams, during, after, and in-between shows. We have already done deals with many affiliates so your music will be heard on other websites, radio streams, AM, FM and satellite broadcast streams worldwide, including cellular phones and podcasts. This is a great opportunity to promote select tracks of your music to a very large audience. There is immense interest in our broadcasts, and that presents a unique opportunity for the music artists on our network!

The bottom line, many of these major affiliates and broadcast networks want to desperately carry our streams to their audiences, but they will not pay royalties. We therefore broadcast our 24-hour-music-station stream (which we pay royalties on) separately from our talk-radio streams, almost 12 hours live daily original programming, 7 days a week. Ultimately, we need music in-between our talk shows, and during off hours, as we never repeat talk shows; we are always live - which makes us unique - the source for other networks. And they are beating down our doors!!! They want 24 hour programming! We only have 12! Therefore, we can only do this if we provide 12 hours of music prior to, after, and between shows that is royalty free.

I own the copyright to the music I submit below. Further, I solemnly swear that the music tracks I submit below to BBS Network, Inc. are royalty-free tracks for airing on the BBS Network.

This agreement supersedes any and all royalty contracts I may have signed in the past for payment or collection of royalties on the music I submit below. This is a binding agreement and constitutes more than just a legal authorization form.

I hereby agree that any and all agreements pertaining to royalties on the selected audio tracks/albums I submit below have expired or no longer are in force, including those contracts and agreements I may have forgotten about or omitted mentioning.

I agree to notify BBS Network, Inc. within 48 hours, via email, or registered mail, the registering any of the music submitted below, to a royalty owner, collection or Distribution Company. This includes, but is not limited to ASCAP, SESAC and BMI. Further, you agree to notify us immediately upon finding out that your audio tracks are under a royalty contract of any sort whatsoever, but this does not cover you from the liabilities incurred to our network for the illegal broadcasting of said music. - Please note: Playing audio files and not paying royalties on them is illegal when a royalty contract has been signed.

I agree that these tracks submitted below are completely owned by me, and that I am the copyright owner and holder. This means that I perform and own the lyrics and music, and that I have never signed an agreement, of any kind, to receive payments, royalties or monies for the music submitted below.

I allow the BBS Network, Inc. (BBSRadio.com) to play and stream the music submitted below without being subject to copyright owner royalties or record label royalties. I also extend this permission to all affiliates, terrestrial stations, satellite carriers, community radio stations, networks and websites carrying the BBS Radio programming.

I have the authorization to allow BBS Networks, Inc. the right to stream my songs, submitted below, without making any royalty payments while being played by their radio network and affiliates. This includes not having to pay royalties for my music to ASCAP, BMI, SESAC and SoundExchange, which collectively pay both the composer and performer royalties. BBS Networks, Inc. will therefore, not be subject to any mechanical royalties for my music, whatsoever.

Where the BBS Network, Inc. becomes required to pay royalties for my music, submitted below, that was not free and clear of any royalties, I agree to cover all the monetary costs incurred by BBS Network to pay legal claims, staff and royalties assessed on the broadcasting of my music. This would include any payments to the composers, singers, songwriters, streamers, producers, production companies, performers, advertising agencies, royalty distributors, royalty collectors and owners, where ever applicable.

This is a private agreement between me and BBS Network, Inc, and may be canceled by me at any time for any reason with a 30-day notice via email (doug@bbsradio.com or contact@bbsradio.com) or via mail to BBS Network, Inc. at 5167 Toyon Lane, Paradise, CA 95969

This Agreement remains in full force until such time as it is canceled by either party.

By signing this form, I affirm that I have read the above statements, and that I AGREE to, and will comply with, the statements made.
